Description

This pool house is situated on a very idyllic and relaxing hammer plot in the middle of Cap Ferret. A long driveway leads to the wonderful wooden terrace around the pool where you will find various seating areas, garden furniture and a barbecue. The main house is cozy and interestingly furnished, it has a living room with sofa and dining area, TV, Wifi and an open fully equipped kitchen. In the main house there are 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed 1.80m, 1 bedroom with double bed 1.60m and 1 bedroom with mezzanine bed 1.40m and a single bed below the mezzanine. 2 small bathrooms with shower and toilet each.

Adjacent to the terrace, opposite the main house there are 2 separate little pool houses or "Cabanes", each consisting of a bedroom with double bed and adjacent little shower room and WC.
