Typical Lande style house with wonderful terraces and a heated pool (8m x 3m) just 500m from the ocean in Lacanau-Océan. The pool area is spacious, very well-equipped, and offers the perfect base for a relaxing holiday.

The house is divided into two parts, one of which is closed during the rental period (not used). The apartment provided for the guests offers a living room with TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen.

1 bedroom with a 1.80m double bed and 1 bedroom with a 1.60m double bed.

2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. 

From the apartment, there's access to the front terrace, and from one bedroom access to the pool area (at the rear of the house). Of course, you can also access the pool area from outside via the front terrace, past the side of the house.

Outdoor furniture, parasols, barbecue, and 2 parking spaces.
