The apartment is an extension of Villa Musica and has its own entrance, with a small front garden + terrace and a 30 m2 terrace on the garden side. A Weber grill, deck chair and seating for six people invite you to end the day at the beach in comfort.
It offers a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a bunk bed. In the kitchen-living room there is also a spacious sofa bed for two people.

Built in 1910, Villa Musica is one of the largest historic villas in Lacanau near the beach. The villa is located on a 1500m2 natural garden plot in the immediate vicinity of the beach (50m away) in Lacanau-Océan center.
Today the building is divided into three practical residential units, which can be rented either separately or together:
a villa for 10 people
an apartment for 4 (with sofa bed for up to 6 people)
a loft | studio for 2 (with sofa bed for up to 4 people)
In total there are up to a maximum of 20 sleeping options
All three units have separate access from the street as well as their own garden or terraces and can be rented as a whole or as smaller units
If Villa Musica is rented in its entirety, the residential units are connected to each other so that a maximum number of guests of 20 people can be achieved.
