This luxurious villa is situated on a large plot directly on the bay. The view over the bay is magnificent, the beach is at your feet and next to the sand beach the property offers a deck perfect for sun bathing. 

Villa: On the upper floor is the generous, very tastefully furnished living room, consisting of living and dining room, American kitchen and terrace with great bay views. There are 4 double bedrooms, one of which is a parent suite with 1.80m double bed bathroom and terrace on the lower floor. Furthermore a TV room.

On the property close to the road there is a very well equipped chalet with independant entrance and private terrace for four people. Both villa and chalet may be rented together, see house A0036.
