Garden house with double bed (without heating usable from middle may to middle october), shower and toilet, laundry room with washer and dryer and additional fridge. Front terrace with dining table and an idyllic pool area with spacious terrace, barbecue. Carport, pool loungers, parasols, outdoor shower. Distance to the ocean 400m, to the bay 600m, to shops and restaurants 300m.
