On the ground floor there are 2 simple studios, located on different sides of the house, each with a separate entrance and a small private terrace. In each studio there is a room with kitchenette and bed-sofa, a bedroom with a single bed, shower and toilet.

Beautiful garden and terraces with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and outdoor shower.

Distances: 300 m to the ocean beach (guarded main beach), 500 m to the bay, 200 m to shops and restaurants.
