Wonderful holiday villa in a fantastic, very quiet location on the 1st line of the lake in Moutchic.

This chalet offers a very spacious terrace with stunning lake views and direct access to the lake. Here you can relax in an absolutely relaxed atmosphere, go swimming or do water sports. The house is also ideal for children with a children's playroom and access to the lake, which is also suitable for smaller children.

The house is on a very small path, well protected from summertime sea visitors and yet within walking distance in 6 minutes to restaurants and water sports attractions from the Moutchic bathing beach.

On the ground floor, a very nice, comfortable living room with a sofa, TV and Wifi, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen that is open to the living room. Depending on requirements, work room with desk and lake view, 1 air conditioning and/or children's room with toys, bunk bed and a single bed for children (work area and children's area can be separated by a large curtain).

Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Toilet.

On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms, including a spacious master bedroom with exit to a wonderful balcony with lake view and 1.80m double bed and 2 further bedrooms, each with a 1.60m double bed. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.

Terrace with many seating areas, plancha, grill, outdoor shower, sun sails, children's bicycles and scooters, 1 adult bicycle.

Distances: lake 30m, cycle track 20m, guarded beach of Moutchic 300m, restaurants 500m, ocean beach 7km. Shops 5km.
