Spacious, comfortable house, with a beautiful veranda, which is equipped with dining and living area. Attached you’ll find the living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, lounge and dining room. A small hallway leads to a double bedroom 1.60m, bathroom and toilet. Via stairs from the living room, you get to the mezzanine, which is equipped with an additional double bed 1.40m and a cozy reading corner.

The kitchen is comfortable and fully equipped. From here there is a transition to an extension of the house with another bedroom with double bed 1.40m, a bedroom with single bed 1.30m and another living room with sofa bed 1.40m, TV and a small kitchenette. Shower room with toilet and a 3rd separate toilet, storeroom.

There is enough garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and a barbecue. Car parking on the property, with lockable double gates.

The house is located in a quiet, nice residential area, 400 meters from the beach and the center.
