The apartment:
The left side of Villa Musica is our apartment with its own entrance, small front garden with terrace and a 30 m2 terrace on the garden side. A Weber grill, deck chair and seating for six people invite you to end the day at the beach in comfort.
The apartment has a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a bunk bed. In the kitchen-living room there is also a spacious sofa bed for two people.

The studio/loft:
The former, almost six-meter-high garage of Villa Musica has been converted into a loft|studio - with a bathroom, open kitchen and spacious mezzanine with sleeping area. On the mezzanine there is a large bed with a 150 cm wide bed; in the lower living area there is a sofa bed with a bed area of 120 cm. The large, old gate can be opened completely. This means that the entire room leads onto the terrace.
The kitchen has a large refrigerator, a freezer compartment, a hob, a kettle and a coffee machine.
