Built in 1910, Villa Musica is one of the largest historic villas in Lacanau near the beach. The villa is located on a 1500m2 natural garden plot in the immediate vicinity of the beach (50m away) in Lacanau-Océan center.
Today the building is divided into three practical residential units, which can be rented either separately or together:
a villa for 10-12 people
an apartment for 4 (with sofa bed for up to 6 people)
a loft | studio for 2 (supplementary mattress for 1/2 kids )
In total there are up to a maximum of 22 sleeping options
All three units have separate access from the street as well as their own garden or terraces and can be rented as a whole or as smaller units
If Villa Musica is rented in its entirety, the residential units are connected to each other so that a maximum number of guests of 22 people can be achieved.
The beach is 50 meters away, the nearest supermarket 200 meters away. Your holiday in Villa Musica can start from the very first minute.

The villa (main part of the house):
The villa makes up the largest part of Villa Musica. It is the main house, for twelve people, with four bedrooms on 2 floors and the 1,500 m2 garden.
The spacious kitchen and living area leads directly into the terraced garden. Also on the ground floor: a bedroom with access to the garden and a toilet. The upper floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional separate toilet. You can see the sea from each of these rooms!

The apartment:
The left side of Villa Musica is our apartment with its own entrance, small front garden with terrace and a 30 m2 terrace on the garden side.
A Weber grill, deck chair and seating for six people invite you to end the day at the beach in comfort.
The apartment has a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a bunk bed. In the kitchen-living room there is also a spacious sofa bed for two people.

The studio/loft:
The former, almost six-meter-high garage of Villa Musica has been converted into a loft|studio - with a bathroom, open kitchen and spacious mezzanine with sleeping area. On the mezzanine there is a large bed with a 150 cm wide bed; in the lower living area there is a sofa bed with a bed area of 120 cm. The large, old gate can be opened completely. This means that the entire room leads onto the terrace.
The kitchen has a large refrigerator, a freezer compartment, a hob, a kettle and a coffee machine.
