Built in 1910, Villa Musica is one of the largest historic villas in Lacanau near the beach. The villa is located on a 1500m2 natural garden plot in the immediate vicinity of the beach (50m away) in Lacanau-Océan center. Today the building is divided into three practical residential units, which can be rented either separately or together.
The villa (main part of the house):
The villa makes up the largest part of Villa Musica. It is the main house, for twelve people, with four bedrooms on 2 floors and the 1,500 m2 garden.
The spacious kitchen and living area leads directly into the terraced garden. Also on the ground floor: a bedroom with access to the garden and a toilet. The upper floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional separate toilet. You can see the sea from each of these rooms!

All three units have separate access from the street as well as their own garden or terraces and can be rented as a whole or as smaller units
If Villa Musica is rented in its entirety, the residential units are connected to each other so that a maximum number of guests of 20 people can be achieved.
