Beautiful, welcoming and spacious high standard villa in a fantastic Cap Ferret location near Mimbeau with an idyllic garden, heated pool and large comfortable terrace area. The house offers a large living area with various seating areas, an open kitchen to the living room and terrace, TV and WiFi.

Above the living room on the one side of the house is the parental suite with private bathroom and balcony with a wonderful view over the garden and pool.

On the opposite side there are 5 more rooms: On the ground floor a bedroom with a double bed 1.60m and a bedroom with 2 single beds and a children's bunk bed. Between the two rooms  there is a small shower room accessible from both sides.

On the upper floor you will find another double bedroom 1.60m with an integrated bathroom and 2 small gable rooms, 1x with a double bed 1.40m and 1x with a single bed.
