This pool house is located on picturesque garden grounds, with a spacious partly covered terrace adjacent to the pool area (heated pool), in a very good, quiet residential area on the golf course of Lacanau-Ocean. The interior is comfortable, tastefully decorated and very well kept The living area consists of a sofa corner, TV, dining area and open, fully equipped kitchen. There is 1 bedroom with double bed and private shower and 2 bedrooms with double bed each. 1 separate bathroom, 2 toilets. Terrace, garden, garden furniture, heated saltwater pool, parasol, barbecue, parking space.
