On the property there are two chalets, build in a L-form one to the other, of which the bigger one named “Rose Hill” is for rent throughout the year, where as the little one stays for private usage. The house has a private terrace to the back. The cozy and modern furnished chalet is fully equipped for 6 people and has a beautiful terrace seating with ample garden furniture and barbecue. There is a private car park. The house "Rose Hill" has 120m2 of living space with wooden floors, comfortable living area with TV, Internet and dining table. Separate fully equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom with double bed 1.60m, 1 bedroom with double bed 1.40m 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 private shower room, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet. Distance to the beach is about 500m (Ocean and Bay), shopping and restaurants about 1 km.

In August both chalets are rented together as described in reference A0354.
