The location of the house is perfect, close to the lighthouse and the market, in the middle of Cap Ferret, from there you can do everything by foot in 4-10 minutes.

The house offers a very comfortable living room with sofa corner, TV, Wifi, aircondition (in the living room) dining table for 6-8 people and a fully equipped integrated kitchen. There are a total of 3 double bedrooms : 1 double bed of 1.60m, private shower room+toilet, 2 bedrooms with double beds of 1.40m, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and private toilet on the upper floor.
