The villa was built in 2023 by two Cap Ferret lovers as a luxury cabane and can be rented all year round. The villa is also characterized by its very central, quiet location near the lighthouse, and the wonderful property with a large terrace area, heated pool, spa and Pilates area. The house is spacious, luxurious and delicatly decorated, you can only feel at home here.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Double room with twin bed and additional single bed. Children's room with 3 single beds.
