Description

This cute beach cottage is located right near a beach access, just a short walk over the dunes from the ocean, on an enclosed plot without vis-à-vis and parking. The house is simple, but bright and friendly. Living room with dining table, little sofa bed and kitchenette. One bedroom with double bed and simple shower room. A small bedroom with sofa bed 1.20m. 1 toilet.

The house is located on the road that leads to the top of Cap Ferret “La Pointe”. Distances: 300 m to the ocean, 1,8 km to shops and restaurants.
