Beautiful, natural 1700m² property with spacious terraces and a wonderful pool area in a quiet location in the Golf of Lacanau-Ocean. The pool measures 10m x 4.5m and overlooks the pine forest.

The house has a living room with TV, Wi-Fi, a sofa area, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. There are three bedrooms and an independent room accessible from the lower terrace.

One bedroom has a 1.80m double bed and a private shower room, one bedroom has a 1.60m double bed, and one bedroom has bunk beds (2 x 0.80m). There is a shower room and a separate toilet. An external bedroom is accessible from the lower terrace and has two pull-out beds (1.80m Twin bed).

The house comes with the cat "Poppy."
