Description

Classic Arcachon-style house with an inviting terrace and jacuzzi, located in the second row behind the dune, close to the North Beach, in the heart of Lacanau-Océan. Set on a fully enclosed corner plot, this very well-equipped and beautifully renovated house offers a wonderful west-facing terrace in direction of the dune. A private parking space and a bicycle storage room are also available.

The spacious living area features a comfortable sofa corner, a wood-burning stove, TV, Wi-Fi, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. The modern, fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room.

The house has a total of 4 bedrooms: one bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, two bedrooms each with a 1.60 m double bed, and one bedroom with 2 single beds.

There are 2 shower rooms, one of which includes a toilet, as well as a separate WC.

The main entrance to the house is through one of the double bedrooms. Alternatively, one may step outside through the terrace door.
