A beautiful, fully renovated manor house with terrace and outdoor furniture, located in the heart of the village, within walking distance of shops, the market, restaurants, and the beach. Le Pouliguen is situated in the Bay of La Baule, the longest beach in Europe. You'll find all the amenities and activities you need, such as tennis, golf, sailing clubs, and bicycle rentals nearby.

The house can accommodate up to 12 people. It offers a spacious living area with a lounge, dining table, and open-plan American-style kitchen, cable TV, and Wi-Fi.

There are 6 bedrooms, including one with a 1.60m double bed and five 1.40m single beds, 5 shower rooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There are 5 toilets, 3 of which are separate.

A lovely terrace with inviting outdoor seating areas and a BBQ is also available. Public parking is 150m from the house but you may stop in front of the house to unload your car.
