Description

In the heart of Cap Ferret, on a 2500 sqm large, enclosed property near the Boulevard de la Plage and the market place, 3 steps from the bay beach you’ll find this wonderful charming villa "Argentine ", which has 3 floors and 400 square meters of living space. Many different seating areas spread around the house, terrace with pool (12m x 3.1m secured by fence), jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor shower. There are several parking places available.

From the roof of the house, you have a fantastic panoramic view over the bay, the underlying bedrooms offer great views as well.

The ground floor has a large living room with fireplace, dining room, patio and kitchen with access to the garden. A storage with a big 15 kg washing machine and big dryer as well as a small washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large American fridge - freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, oven and microwave. The furniture is antique, as said before a real fairytale castle, conserved and renovated in its authentique style.

The first and 2nd floors have 3 bedrooms each with double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m (new, good mattresses), 2 bedrooms each with double bed 1.40 x 2.00 m and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. In total there are sleeping accommodations for 13 people. All bedrooms have their own TV.

There are 5 bathrooms with integrated toilet and 1 separate toilet.

The basement offers another large living room with sofa, home cinema and billiard.
