Description

An idyllic, wonderfully authentic house with original Cap Ferret flair in the first row on the bay near the sandbank "Mimbeau". Garden with terrace, garden gate to the bay and fantastic bay views.

The house is nicely furnished with a living room facing the bay, a sofa and a dining area. Fully equipped kitchen. 

On the ground floor: a bedroom with a double bed 1.40m, a bedroom with 2x 0.80m single beds that can be put together, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a cot, a small room behind the kitchen with a 0.80m single bed. Shower room and toilet.

Upstairs: a bedroom with 1.40m double bed, a bedroom with 2x 0.80m single beds, a bedroom with 1x 0.80m single bed. Shower room and toilet.

Distances: bay 20m, beach 200m, restaurants 300m, ocean about 1km.
