Very nice holiday apartment with private terrace garden furniture (dining table for 6people, deck chairs), annex of a private house, in a very good central Cap Ferret location, bay and ocean beach can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.

On the ground floor, open kitchen area with dining table and terrace exit, 1 separate room with sofa bed 1.40m and shower room.

On the upper floor, 1 bedroom with 1.60m double bed, open living area with sofa bed (1 person) and shower room. TV, WiFi and 2 toilets.

The terrace faces west and is separated from the adjacent main house by vegetation, the living and terrace area of ​​the main house faces south and thus offers distance to the holiday apartment.

Distances: Ocean approx. 700m, bay approx. 500m, restaurants from 1000m and shops approx. 1500m.

The apartment is for a maximum of 4 people.

Behind the apartment, in a separate house, there is a simple studio with a terrace that can accommodate up to two more people (all together 6 people then).
