A beautifully renovated and completely modernized villa in the heart of Cap Ferret, featuring a pool. Leave your car behind and explore everything on foot. Both the ocean and the bay beach are just a 10-minute walk away.

The house is spacious, offering modern and comfortable living. The wonderful terraces on different levels, the garden, and the pool create the perfect holiday atmosphere.

The house has three levels. On the middle level, you'll find a spacious living area with an integrated kitchen, dining table, lounge, and access to a magnificent large terrace overlooking the pool area below. There's also a TV room with access to a charming little balcony.

From the living area, stairs lead upstairs to the master suite with a private bathroom, a 1.80m double bed, and a desk.

On the lower level, there are four further bedrooms (three with 1.60m double beds and one with two single beds), each with a private shower room and toilet. There are also two separate toilets.

In addition, there is a TV/games room with access to the terrace and garden.

The house is very well-equipped. Comfortable garden furniture, an outdoor kitchen with a plancha grill and outdoor shower. Heated pool (10x4m) with an electric pool cover. The pool is heated from May through September.

Distances: Ocean approx. 800m, bay approx. 450m, market approx. 300m, shops and restaurants 200m.
