In the middle of dunes, you will find this nice property, which is accessible via wooden stairs and offers views both on the dunes and the pine trees of Cap Ferret, as well as the lighthouse. Behind the house a footpath leads directly to the ocean, but also the most beautiful bay beaches are within walking distance. The garden is planted with typical dune plants, there is a covered terrace with dining area, barbecue and sun loungers, and a sun terrace with another dining area dune-sides. The house is lovingly furnished in the style of the peninsula. The living area consists of a sofa corner with TV and fireplace, and a dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms each with a double bed 1.40m and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet. Parking directly near the lower end of the wooden stairs.
