Description

Located right on the waterfront, this 2000m² property offers magnificent views of the bay and the Dune of Pilat. The property comprises two houses, ideal for two families or even multi-generational families, as it can accommodate up to 14 people.

1) Caribbean-style house for 8 people, 160m²:

This is the main house, situated on the waterfront with stunning bay views. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with large bay windows opening onto the terrace and the bay, Wi-Fi, TV, a dining area with a table and open kitchen, a toilet, and a laundry room.

Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms, each with a 1.60m double bed:

  • 1 bedroom with a balcony overlooking the bay and an en-suite bathroom with toilet.

  • 1 bedroom with a balcony overlooking the bay and a private shower.

  • 2 bedrooms with balconies to the backyard and private shower each

Additional separate toilet.

Terrace and balcony with splendid views of the bay, garden furniture, BBQ.

Near the water, there's a small cabin with a water point, refrigerator, covered terrace, and garden furniture on the bay. A private little dock and boat launch are also available.

2) Typical Cap Ferret-style wooden cabin for 6 people, 90m²:

Beautiful wooden cabin, welcoming living room with access to the terrace, fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area. 3 double bedrooms (one with a 1.60m double bed and two with 1.40m double beds). Bathroom and separate WC. The house has a lovely wooden terrace with a table and lounge area.

Both houses are fully equipped inside and out, with ample parking. The grounds are fenced but open to the bay.

Distances: Bay 1m, Ocean via the forest 1.5km, restaurants at Port de la Vigne 400m, Cap Ferret town center approximately 2.5km, shops approximately 2.5km.
