Friendly house located on a 1000 sqm enclosed pine plot, in a very good residential area the "Vallons du Ferret", in walking distance to the bay and the fishermans village L'Herbe. The house is simply furnished but offers everything you need for a beach vacation.

The living room offers a sofa set, fireplace, TV and dining area. Separate fully equipped kitchen, one bedrooms with double bed 1.60m, one bedroom with double bed 1.40m, one bedroom with twin beds, bathroom, separate toilet. Large terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs, parasol and barbecue.

Distances: about 1.2 km to the ocean beach, 800 m to shops and restaurants, 800 m to the bay.
