This villa is situated on a large plot directly on the bay. The view over the bay is magnificent, the beach is at your feet and next to the sand beach the property offers a deck perfect for sun bathing and adjacent footbridge. On the property are 2 houses, which are rented together: the villa to the bay and the chalet behind it.

Villa: On the upper floor is the generous, very tastefully furnished living room, consisting of living and dining area, American kitchen and terrace with great bay views. On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one of which is a parent suite with 1.80m double bed, bathroom and terrace. There is another little double bed room (bed 1.20m) on the mezzanine accessible from the living room. Furthermore, a TV room with 2 additional sleeping places (2 single beds).

Chalet: separate wooden terrace, very nice living room with fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom. From the chalet there is a separate path to the beach, which leads past the property to the bay.
