The house is situated on the Cap Ferret peninsula in the village of Le Canon neighborhood 'Les Vallons du Ferret'. The Ocean beach, the bay, shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Ample garden furniture and pool loungers are available. There is a weekly pool service.
