The house is surrounded by a well-tended garden with parking space and is located in the immediate vicinity of the bay, just a few steps from the beach, near the marina in La Vigne. The ocean beach can be easily reached via the cycle track or on foot through the pine forest.

The house is divided into 2 levels and is therefore ideal for 2 families.

On the ground floor there is a very nice living room with sofa, wifi, TV and access to 2 terraces on both sides of the living room. There are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, separate toilet.

On the upper floor there is another living room with sofa, dining area and exit to an idyllic terrace with dining table and deck chairs. Fully equipped and also newly renovated kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room and separate toilet.

There are a total of 7 bedrooms of which 2x1.60m double bed, 4x1.40m double bed and 1 children's room with bunk bed and single bed (3x0.90m single beds, on the ground floor).
