Attractive duplex apartment in the highly sought-after El Palomar residence, located on the front line of the bay with private access to the bay and a large communal swimming pool. The apartment features a lovely balcony with fantastic views of the bay and the pool, a dining table, and a comfortable lounge bench.
Comfortable and sociable living area with beautiful bay views, Wi-Fi, a sofa corner, table, and an open-plan kitchen connected to the living space. One double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a separate WC. On the upper floor, there is one double bedroom with bay views, one children’s bedroom with bunk beds and bay views, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The El Palomar residence is set on a very large pine-covered property directly on the bay, with private access via long, comfortable steps. The large communal swimming pool and terraces are shared. Pool opening times are approximately from mid-May to mid/late September, from about 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Distances: bay approx. 50 m, ocean approx. 2 km, restaurants 1.5 km, shops 1.8 km.
