The house is situated in the southern part of Hourtin-Plage in a quiet side street, near the forest. It is a simple house, on enclosed grounds, and is like all the houses in the village located very close to the beach. It has a spacious kitchen and large living room - the interior is a mixture of Landes-style and Swedish furniture - old and yet modern. One bedroom with double bed 1.40m and one bedroom with two single beds. The plot offers enough space to accommodate a car.

Distances: 200 m to the ocean beach, 150 m to shops and restaurants.
