This well maintained house is located on an enclosed plot in a quiet residential street just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The garden is beautifully arranged with a main terrace and small side terraces. Garden furniture, electric marquise, hot outdoor shower, a barbecue and plancha are available. There is a parking space on the property. On the ground floor you’ll find the living room with sofa and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with utility room, 1 bedroom with double bed 1.60m, 1 bedroom with two sigle beds 0.90m, a bath room and a separate toilet. Upstairs there is another spacious bedroom with 2 single beds 0.90m which can be put together as double bed and sofa area. Additionally there is a very small room with extra bed 0.90m, a shower room and toilet. The distance to the sea is 300 m, the distance to shops and restaurants is about 150-200m.
