This holiday home is ideally situated: everything is within walking distance. The enclosed property is located in a street right next to the dunes. The house is bright, nicely furnished and friendly. Spacious living room with sofa, fireplace, TV, dining area and open, fully equipped kitchen. A small hallway leads to 2 bedrooms one with double bed 1.40m and one with two single beds 0.90m, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

From the living room a staircase leads to the mezzanine, a gallery with 2 single beds, bookshelves and a cozy reading corner. Beautiful terrace with parasols, garden furniture and exterior shower. 150m from the beach, shops and restaurants.
