This typical Girolle house is situated on a fenced 1000m² garden plot in a central, quiet location. The bay beach, shops, and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away, and a cycle path through the pine forest leads to the ocean.

Partially covered terrace with a small pool (7.5m x 3m), garden furniture, a barbecue, and parking space.

The house is simple but has everything one needs, living room with a sofa corner, TV, Wi-Fi, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. There is a double bedroom with 1.40m bed with a small lounge area that can be opened up to the living room, a terrace exit,a shower room with an integrated toilet.

There are also 3 bedrooms (1 x 1.60m double bed, 1 x 1.40m double bed, and 1 x two single beds), 1 shower room, and 1 separate toilet.
