The house is situated in the southern part of Hourtin-Plage in a quiet side street, near the forest. It is a simple house, on enclosed grounds, and is like all the houses in the village located very close to the beach. It has a spacious kitchen and large living room - the interior is a mixture of Landes-style and Swedish furniture - old and yet modern. Two bedrooms with double bed 1.40m each and one bedroom with two bunk beds (4 single beds). Two bathrooms, one of them with integrated toilet and one individual toilet. The plot offers enough space to accommodate a car.

Distances: 200 m to the ocean beach, 150 m to shops and restaurants.
