This comfortable villa with pool is located on enclosed 1500 sqm grounds with parking facilities, in a quiet residential high standard neighborhood, in the "Vallons du Ferret" on the Cap Ferret peninsula. There are 2 spacious terrace areas with relaxing views on trees and greens on each side of the villa, one of which houses the heated 11m x 6m pool (secured by an electric pool cover). The living area is spacious, luminous and offers a lounge area with TV and WiFi, a nice dining area and an integrated fully equipped American kitchen.

The house has 4 bedrooms (including 2 independent double bedrooms that can be accessed from the lower terrace) and a mezzanine serving as bedroom.

On the main level there is 1 bedroom with a double bed 1.80m and private shower room and toilet and a second large shower room and separate toilet. A second bedroom with a double bed 1.80m is on the upper floor. A mezzanine accessible by a ladder near the kitchen offers à 1.60m bed and supplementary mattresses.

Accessible from the lower terrace you will find 2 identical double bedrooms, each with a double bed 1.60m, terrace exit and a small shower room with toilet in-between these two bedrooms.

Distance to the bay and the ocean 1km; to shops and restaurants approx. 1km.
