This beautiful two-story holiday house, 155m2 surface, is comfortable and tastefully furnished and located on a fenced plot. Nice terrace around the pool. The pool (8 x 4 m) can be separated from the terrace by a fence and gate. Large living room with sofa set, TV (German channels also), Internet, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a side terrace with dining area and barbecue near the kitchen. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed 1.60m, a bedroom with bunk beds, shower and toilet. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed 1.60m and a bedroom with two single beds, shower and toilet. The bed linen is provided. Distances: 300 m to the beach, 100 m to shops and restaurants.
